W sezonie jesienno-zimowym ćwiekami nabite było wszystko - buty, kurtki, czapki, a nawet staniki), a skóra noszona była bez względu na okazje. Jestem pewna, że elementy te (zwłaszcza skóra) jeszcze długo nas nie opuszczą, ale w sezonie wiosennym powoli ustępują miejsca geometrii, bieli (i czerni z bielą) oraz wyraźnym wzorom. Powiem szczerze, że cieszy mnie nadchodząca zmiana. Lubię rockowe ciuchy - skórzany płaszcz nosiłam przez całe liceum, pierwsze skórzane spodnie kupiłam na długo zanim stały się modne, a lateksowe legginsy z dzisiejszego posta dostałam w prezencie 3 lata temu. Jednak, gdy co druga mijana na ulicy dziewczyna ubrana jest w ćwieki od stóp po czubek głowy, niczym fanka metalu lub punka, których nigdy nie słuchała i słuchała nie będzie, zaczyna to być nieautentyczną przesadą. Skórze i ćwiekom mówię tak, ale z umiarem. Chyba, że jest się fanem gatunku. Oczywiście moda powinna czerpać z subkultur, ale w formie ubrania, a nie przebrania. Dlatego nigdy nie zobaczycie tu bluzki z rottweilerem, pitbullem czy innym wilkiem. Zostawiam je dla zawodników MMA ;)Dziś stylizacja z pogranicza starego i nowego, łącząca odchodzącą ćwiekową przesadę z nadchodzącą geometrią.


In the autumn/winter season everything was made from leather and had studs – shoes, jackets, caps and even bras. This type of clothes were worn everywhere and every time, on every occasion. I’m sure this trend will be still popular but in the spring season will be superseded by other trends like geometry, stripes, combination of black and white and so on. I must admit I’m happy with this change. I really like rock-like clothes and I always did – as a teenager I used to wear long leather coat. I bought my first leather pants I long before they became fashionable (believe me, there was a time that leather pants weren't in) and I got the latex leggings I wear in today’s post more then 3 years ago. However, when every girl you pass on the street wears leather studded clothes and looks like a huge fan of metal or punk bands it becomes inauthentic and ridiculous. For me that's more of a costume then an everyday fashionable look. For the same reason you will never see me wearing t-shirts with rottweilers or pit bull terriers - for me they are reserved for MMA fighters ;)
